Great app that allows you to choose different lengths of meditation. I prefer the music option, but there are different types of background noise ranging from rain to sounds of the forest. Also a no sound option for those who just want a few gentle reminders to breath while they meditate.
This app is great for beginners and experienced meditators alike. I use it for 10 minutes each morning before I even get out of bed, which is perfect because I prefer to meditate in corpse pose vs sitting up.
I like how simple this app is without a lot of bells and whistles to distract me.
