Ive tried several apps & like this one the best. I like that they dont count your breaths & that you breath at your own pace. I also found the soothing voice, music & prompts very helpful. For me the prompts to resisting judging/labeling your emotions & thoughts really helped me stop the negative self talk I have when anxious.
