Great tool to reboot yourself

I have been using this one for about two years now, it is just good. Well made, I use it with the background music; 15 minutes is enough to refocus, anytime!

I fall asleep in 3 minutes flat

Wow, this app was recommended to me by my nutritionist to help with my stress load. I listened to it for 5 mins during the day one time and found it to be relaxing. The womens voice is soothing. I then thought it would set me up at night for a great sleep and set it for 15 mins. Man it relaxes me so easily that Im out in 3 minutes flat! I really love it and recommend it.

Easy to use, bug free, nice options for background music. nothing fancy, but clearly carefully designed and well executed.

After a busy day I play this and deep breathe my sleep is much better once I have listened and the quality of the soft music is great

A paid App?

It is nice to have a choice of background sounds and even its audio level. But overall not better then the free apps like Calm or Mindfulness.

Crap

This isnt guided at all. I was looking for something more than just relaxing music. A lady talking in the background wasnt really guiding me. Waste of $2.79

I had been looking for something to use when Im feeling anxious and this app is perfect! It really works! I would recommend it to anyone who has anxiety issues.

Have greatly enjoyed this and other Meditation Oasis apps and Podcasts as highly benefical in daily meditations. Soothing (English) voice guides through various stages of meditation with accompanying meditative music in the background. Nice app options as you can choose whether or not to have background music, individual volume controls for both voice and music is also nice! Ommm!

Best app Ive tried

Its a very simple app that lets me get to the point. Im meditating more consistently as a result. Narration is practical but still has enough otherworldly feeling to make a separate space, which is what I need. Highly recommended.

one of the best app for meditation

I cant say "this is a best app", but its really one of the best app for meditation the features I love: 1) great soundtrack: Very relaxing and gentle. Sometimes I disable "voice" at all and I listen only relaxing music 2) there is NO binaural beats/waves!!! its REALLY GREAT! I noticed (and some of my friends too) that binaural beats/waves are more hindrance than help for meditation. Im really happy that there are no such waves -> it makes this meditation soft calm gentle!

Simply being

If you enjoy meditating it a super ap. love that you can mix it up a bit. Different nature sounds. Guided meditation or not. Especially if you are new to meditating and not quite sure what you are suppose to be doing. The guided meditation is a great help.
